These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations and agreements between Rebel Beans and the client, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Rebel Beans provides e-commerce consultancy, content management, email marketing, website design and related digital services. The exact scope of each engagement is defined in the written quotation or agreement.
All prices are exclusive of VAT (ex. BTW) unless stated otherwise. Quotations are valid for 30 days. Rebel Beans reserves the right to adjust prices for ongoing services with 30 days' written notice.
Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date. In case of late payment, Rebel Beans reserves the right to suspend services and charge statutory interest.
All work produced by Rebel Beans remains the intellectual property of Rebel Beans until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the agreement.
Rebel Beans treats all client information as confidential and will not share it with third parties without explicit consent, unless required by law.
Rebel Beans is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue or consequential losses. Total liability is limited to the invoice value of the relevant service. Rebel Beans is not responsible for third-party platforms, tools or services.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with 30 days' written notice. Project-based work (such as website builds) is non-refundable once work has commenced.
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
